Transform Your Best Practice
with Our Online Course
WIFII is a European Erasmus+ project dedicated to improving well-being and inclusion in schools. Our goal is to help teachers, students, and families create positive learning environments where everyone feels supported, valued, and connected. The project focuses on developing tools, resources, and good practices that empower schools to recognize, understand, and strengthen well-being for both students and staff. Through collaboration, creativity, and care, we are building the schools of the future — schools that nurture wellbeing, inclusion, and mutual respect. Together, we make learning happier and healthier.
Our Mission
Our mission is to make wellbeing a natural and essential part of school life — ensuring that every student, teacher, and parent feels supported, connected, and ready to thrive together. Through cooperation, creativity, and compassion, WiFii builds a shared culture of inclusion and wellbeing in schools across Europe.
Meet Max — the heart and voice of the WiFii Project.
Max is a non-binary fictional character created by students during the first student mobility in Palermo, Italy, as part of an inspiring creative workshop on inclusion and identity. Max’s story was born from the ideas, drawings, and discussions of young people from all partner countries, who wanted to design a character that truly represents the values of diversity, empathy, and belonging. Neither defined by gender nor limited by stereotypes, Max reflects the courage to be oneself and the beauty of living authentically. Throughout the WiFii Project, Max travels across Europe — visiting schools in Greece, Spain, France, Türkiye, and Iceland — discovering how different communities support inclusion and wellbeing. Each country adds new experiences to Max’s journey, shaping their understanding of friendship, equality, and respect. Max’s adventures come to life in the project’s short educational film, creative storytelling activities, and digital platform resources. Through Max, students learn that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued, no matter who they are or where they come from. Max reminds us that inclusion is not just an idea — it’s a journey we take together.
